This customer has come to TLC for several projects over the years, and the removal of their dining room wall to open up the ground floor with a modern kitchen has been one of the most transformative.
Our team got to work on propping up the building and installing steel supports to safely remove the structural wall. Next, we set about widening the doorway and installing a glass bifold to make the larger space more accessible.
The combined lounge and dining room already made the building feel modern, but it was when we installed the complete kitchen along with new granite worktops that it really came to life.
The client was very pleased with the end result and is already planning more works for us to carry out on their property.
