This family wanted to knock down a structural wall separating their kitchen and dining room to create a modern living space.
We had to carefully keep the building propped up while removing the wall to ensure its integrity. We then replaced the support with a new steel design created by our structural engineer and were ready to refurbish.
We fitted modern flooring, sliding doors and tiling along the kitchen surfaces to give the combined rooms a fresh feel.
After we finished decorating the family were able to maximise their living space with a 21st century look.

Excellent from start to finish - was always kept up to date as to what was happening. We also added on some extra jobs, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and friendly workers. The finished result was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend TLC and would definitely use them again.
